AS A RN UNIT COORDINATOR (REGISTERED NURSE), you’ll manage the ongoing operations of the unit(s) including staff performance and development, resident care, and clinical outcomes and finances.  You will assume the role of relief supervisor as needed.  At Pinecrest Manor, we provide round-the-clock coverage and offer personalized attention to each resident in our home-like atmosphere.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

- Have a current PA RN License
- Have BSN (preferred)
- Have 5 years of RN experience (preferred)
- Have previous management experience (preferred)
- Have good verbal & written communication skills
- Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
- Have ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, etc.  
- Be a team player
