    Penn Highlands Elk is seeking a Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work Casual within the Generations Unit in St. Marys, PA.

    AS A NURSE AIDE (NA) or CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA), you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients within our ten-bed newly-built geropsychiatric inpatient behavioral health unit.

    - Have current PA CNA Certification OR completion of nursing aide course OR completion of clinical medical assistant program OR completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN) ORcurrent experience as a nursing assistant
    - Have a desire to work with Patients of all ages
    - Have current CPR/BLS certification or within 3 months of hire
    - Have CCM or within 6 months of hire
    - Have previous Med/Surg/Peds experience (preferred)
    - Have ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance
    - Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
    - Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
    - Be a team player
